Sine1998 to date labor market conditions proved one fact ,  "We can not depend on our government for job placement". Thousands of Kuwaitis were hanging in the market waiting for the time the government will resume recruitment.  Even after opening the door in the government sector , there are still more than 9000 job seekers left over.
