organizations in Kuwait, having 30 years of extensive Human Resources
experience in National Bank of Kuwait (NBK), Kuwait Institute for
Scientific Research (KISR), Manpower Restructuring Program and Prolinks Consultant.

In June 1998
Prolinks was established in
Kuwait. The aim was to deliver state-of-the-art practice and professional Recruitment & Human Resources Services
to our clients in
the gulf region. With strong belief in the role of Performance management coupled
with compensation systems, Prolinks provides very specialized and locally adapted HR
practices to its clients in the region.
Challenges were substantial , from a sluggish market
suffering from major recession and manpower lay-off programs, to
