Redha Tawakkuli  is currently a Human Resources consultant with private and government organizations in Kuwait, having 30 years of extensive Human Resources experience in  National Bank of Kuwait (NBK), Kuwait Institute for Scientific Research (KISR), Manpower Restructuring Program and Prolinks Consultant.

In June 1998 Prolinks was established in Kuwait. The aim was to deliver state-of-the-art practice and professional Recruitment & Human Resources Services to our clients in the gulf region. With strong belief in the role of Performance management coupled with compensation systems, Prolinks provides very specialized and locally adapted HR practices to its clients in the region.

Challenges were substantial , from a sluggish market suffering from major recession and manpower lay-off programs, to corporate lacking orientation on HR issues and the role  of a consultancy firm in developing their practices.    Over  11  years of Day & Night extensive efforts and dedication, we managed to establish a professional reputation in the market through service delivery.  Prolinks has made a major breakthrough in the market by serving Multinational Firms and Top Regional Companies. Careerex HR Challenges Conference April 22-24,2007

Prolinks has organized a 3 days Human Resources conference covering major HR issues in the gulf region . hosting more than 20 key speakers from leading GCC organizations.  The conference was attended by more than 120 delegates from leading organizations in Kuwait and the gulf.

 

Careerex Job Fair - December 2008  

Prolinks will organize its first professional job fair in Kuwait covering Finance, Marketing, and Human Resources Jobs . Middle Level Professional jobs up to Senior Management positions within the 3 categories are covered . Prolinks will announce the fair process for both job seekers and employers.
