Summary Role:    

To co-ordinate the development and implementation of policies, processes, methodologies, and system required to support the identification, measurement, monitoring and management of Market, Credit and operations risk within the Group.

To ensure that risk issues are identified and escalated to the appropriate level for consideration and approval.

Legal

  • Review the laws of the countries where Global have investments and interests to ensure there is no conflict with the interests of the company.

6. Sales Manager  - Rent A Car    Location -Kuwait             Ref# PB2004-J020

Major duties & Responsibilities :

Identify and capture sales opportunities, and supervise all fleet movements, locations activities, and in particular, counter agents sales reprsentatives within the locations regard to the total Brand quality standards and operations policy and procedures.  Make sure to achieve sales targets and international reservation voucher sales targets. Specific Responsibilities include:

  • Follow - up on all vehicle movements with the Sales Supervisor and ensure proper documentation is duly filled and maintained at the Head Office.

  • Ensure that the company is well represented (quality standards are met through weekly visits to the locations.  Weekly report identifying the strong and the weak points by each location and proposed required action to be submitted in writing to the Distrect Manager.

                           *      Opened rental contracts (security documents, deposits, etc...), status and viability.                          *      Petty cash float allocated amount verification.                                

  •                        *      Total quality standards.

  • Cater to the needs of the sales locations ( ready for rent vehicles, chauffeurs, etc.....), and provide soloutions to probles.

  • Develop and maintain the Chauffeur Drive business.

  • Follow up on collections and minimize Recievalbles to below 2% of total sales. Defaulters to be transferred to legal.

  • Meet the budgeted sales targets.  Identify and capture new sales opportunities on an ongoing basis.

  • Responsible for the implementation of all international procedures.

  • Establish, enforce and maintain a good relationship with Brand International as also the local hotels, travel agencies, embassies and majr accounts.
