Market Research Manager                   Ref # PL-SM-001

Job Purpose:

Perform market and economic research reports and studies with the objective of monitoring and identifying local and international market and general economic conditions that could affect company's program.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop action plan for the section that contribute to the achievement of Company's strategy, and follow up on its implementation.

  • Prepare section budget, and ensure expenses are within approved budget.

  • Select qualified staff and retain them through motivation and development

  • Comply and implement the company's policies, rules and regulations as well as top management instructions.

  • Collect and analyze information about international contracting companies that participate in Kuwait's government tenders and contracts.

  • Prepare market research reports and investment opportunity identification studies.

  • Accumulate general information about company's programs around the world and undertake comparative analysis studies in Kuwait's program.

  • Prepare periodic reports on the achievements of Kuwait's company program and its economic impact.

  • Study and identify new company investment opportunities.

  • Monitor and assess the effectiveness of the adopted company regulations and procedures and suggest amendments when necessary.

  • Prepare and submit monthly and periodical reports or as needed about work progress.

  • Performs related responsibilities as required.

Minimum Requirements:

  • BA in marketing and other related fields.

  • 10 years experience in marketing research and planning

  • Demonstrated achievements in leadership positions

  • Familiar with financial modeling, investment management and research methodologies

  • Ability to coordinate efforts between various ongoing projects & new project opportunities

  • Ability to build organizational capabilities in the investment analysis & research.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills-both oral and written.

Job Purpose:

Provide support services to company obligors with the intention of facilitating and accelerating the implementation of their company obligations.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in securing work permits and residency visas for staff of company projects.

  • Assist investment project in tax information issues.

  • Provide assistance to company project sponsors in securing land plots for projects.

  • Prepare and submit monthly and periodical reports or as needed about work progress.

  • Performs related responsibilities as required.

Minimum Requirements:

  • BA in suitable field

  • 10 years experience in service areas

  • Demonstrated achievements in leadership positions

  • Excellent work attitude and relations with others.

  • Familiar with other organization's regulations and procedures.

  • Ability to coordinate efforts between various ongoing projects & new projects opportunities

  • Ability to build organizational capabilities in solid relations with other individuals and institutions.
