Program Services:

The program covers two sets of services:

  • The Good Well Service :

The aim is to create psychological adaptation process for the terminated staff to understand and accept the decision, and to look positively towards the future .

This Service Covers :

  1. Inform staff of reason(s) behind termination decision.
  2. Conduct “counseling” sessions to reduce or possibly eliminate the psychological effects of the decision.
  3. Obtain staff comments regarding different issues related to the organization via Exit Interview (optional service) .
  4. Coordinate staff absenteeism and residence (Visa) transfer ( if required ) during the notice period .
  • The Job Prospect service:

In order to reduce staff anxiety, a substitute job will be necessary. Our out placement assistance service will assist and guide staff to potential job alternatives .

This Covers:

  1. Assist staff in preparing a professional Resume\C.V, and guide him to better self presentation in job Interviews .
  2. Guide him to proper job openings both from “ProLinks” Vacancy, or other vacancies available in the market.
  3. Deal with potential employers inquiries “Reference Checking”.

Service charges depend on number of employees, job level, and vacancy availability in the market.
